The Rouse Hill Industrial zone is a large area within the Hills Shire Council. The area is currently zoned IN2 – Light Industrial. Recently there has been plans gazetted to change parts of this zoning to B6 - Enterprise Corridor. This change in zoning will give greater flexibility to users.
