The Rouse Hill Industrial zone is a large area within the Hills Shire Council. The area is currently zoned IN2 – Light Industrial. Recently there has been plans gazetted to change parts of this zoning to B6 - Enterprise Corridor. This change in zoning will give greater flexibility to users.

The area totals 212ha which is similar in size to the nearest similar industrial zone, the Castle Hill Trading Zone. While the area has been rezoned since 1994 there has been some recent movement in occupants and it is expected to grow at an increased rate in the next few years.

The area has a single strata development at 322 Annangrove Road which has numerous occupants in this 27 unit estate. There are also a number of occupants with intentions on occupying the area including
