Major changes to Rouse Hill Land
A draft Indicative Master Plan has been prepared which, if approved will have major changes to the Edwards Road precinct. Precinct which is bound by Annangrove Road to the west, Withers Road to the south, Cattai Creek to the north and Second Ponds Creek to the east.
The draft Plan recommends rezoning part of the existing area from IN2 Light Industrial to B6 Enterprise Corridor and importantly reducing the minimum allotment size from 8,000m2 to 2,500m2 - 4,000m2 for parts of the Precinct. Further recommended amendments to development controls relate to lot frontage, building setback, building materials, fencing, landscaping, car parking and vehicular access. An indicative road layout has also identified to promote safe and efficient vehicular movement.
