Industrial Land to bounce back

There was widespread take up of industrial properties across the North West of Sydney. Developments that had been available for many years have finally sold out. In most cases, the availability in these developments was having the biggest negative impact on the general market and had placed a ceiling on the prices achievable in the areas.

With all these developments selling out at a simliar time, the industrial strata market has swiftly changed from oversupply to under supply. With a limited amount of development during 2014, there is expected to be increases in prices in 2014.

 

Developers with foresight are seeing this movement in the market and are in the proicess of looking at suitable land to build the next development and take advantage at the first signs of recover.
